You should be able to put the image link in the header_image coding that is at the very end of all the code.

If you are saving your image in the scrapbook here at lj you need to use the original image link. So click on Original in your scrapbook and it will bring up the image and the url is in the address bar.

It looks like when you uploaded the image it changed it to 900 x 270. Were you trying to use the rotating header above or did you want the plan header without the rotating. I can give you another link to use.
