This community is to help me and others find ways to make their journals look how we want them too.

I wouldn't say I'm an expert at messing with layouts though I have figured out a lot about Flexible Squares. If you have a question please feel free to ask me by commenting below.

Couple Rules:

1. And example of your problem or what you want done to your journal.
2. Sometimes it can take me a little while to find the information asked for, so please be patient.
3. I don't do slash-y type things (ie headers). I can still provide you with a layout but then header would have to come from somewhere else.
4. I'm not currently taking requests for requests but I'm more than willing to help you figure out problems with coding.

LJ is dropping the ball a little and so community moderators aren't getting their comments. So if you don't hear back from me in a few days head over HERE to let me know if you need any help.

I can try. So you are thinking much like you already have only with different colors and a header? So full page or would you like something that isn't quite full page?

I'm currently working on something width is 80% of the browser over at workshop_rees. I can put the sidebar on the side for you rather than up top because I don't think it works well with the percentage sizing of the journal.

Also, could you maybe post a public post so I can view the way your current posts look?

I'm going to be bugging you a lot because I'm a perfectionist and I want it to be exactly what you want. ;-)

Check out workshop_rees. I wasn't entirely sure how wide the header should be.

Can you make the big fonts smaller and can you try and see what it looks like without all the break-ups of the page? Also,can you use non-Christmas icons? Take your time. I don't want to rush you. Also,can we keep the original colors for the header picture?

Can we switch the type from italic to normal and smaller and this icon(http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j49/SireesAnwar/TinyIcons/fugue/cup.png) instead of the gingerbreader guy and this icon(http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j49/SireesAnwar/TinyIcons/fugue/cookiebite.png)instead of the present icon.

Okay I've made your changes. Now look to the posts and the sidebar. Are these fonts too big?

Last changes and then I'll shut up. Can the header on entries not be underlined and bold? Also,can the colour of the sidelinks be brown/beige instead of pink? LOVE YOU FOREVER for doing this and putting up with my nickpickness(sp?).

Girl, I am very picky about my layouts. It takes me weeks of tweaking to get them the way I want usually. And I don't want you to settle so I'm totally okay with it.
