I have changed the above code to accommodate the Tiny Icon additions I posted about here (http://community.livejournal.com/layout_lounge/17108.html). So now it includes the tiny icon coding from that tutorial post.

You will just have to change the Capitalized portions that say something about TINY ICON and of course the header and background image again. I hope this helps you.
