Layout Lounge Update

Never fear. I'm never closing this community so you will always be able to get to these layouts.

Recently, I've had some people ask me to create layouts for them and I'm here to tell you it just can't happen. I once had time for fun like that, but life has taken over. My mom's gone through several surgeries. I recently lost an uncle. My work and gone from slow to revved up to always the fast lane all the time. And I have a great niece (I'm only in my 30s) who I can't stand not to see. She's pretty cute.

But if you are using my layout and come across a problem ask me. It might take me a bit to get back to you but I will help... just can't build you a from scratch layout.

If you are working with one yourself and are wondering how to change something. Feel free to ask. I'm willing to help but it might be a couple days before I respond.

Also, I have been tinkering here and there in my small amounts of downtime. So I may actually be able to post new layouts at some point. I have been trying to think up an awesome layout for my 100th layout but I don't know how fruitful that has been. We'll see.

Also, I've been looking back at old layouts thinking how I can modernize them or simply improve them. So there may be some of that.

I hope you all are sticking with LiveJournal because the only reason it will die is if we abandon it and the only way to make it what you want is to stand up for it.

So sorry to hear about your uncle and I hope your mom recovers.

I come here and snag layouts all the time so I am glad you will keep it open. Your layouts really are the very best.

I´m so glad to know about you.
I landed here a couple months before. And I felt curious about the owner of this amazing site. Isn´t everyday thing people teach for free.
For me, a beginner in CCS and HTML, this page is the starting point.
I'll PM you for some troubles that I have with fonts, hope you can read this.
I´m very sorry for your loss, I pray for your mom get well soon.

Sorry to hear about your mom. Hope she's doing well. And congratulations on a niece. My sister is a great aunt and she's only 16.

Take care and slow down. Have some "me time." Is important of you will burnt out, pretty fast.
