First, it looks like you are using the link to an old image that is now gone. If it had a weebly URL don't use it. So you need to replace the urls for the background and the falling hearts. You can save the images and upload them to imgr.com. You can find them above.

Same with the header image.

Second, under the header code you'll want to removed the image information and scroll all the way to the bottom of the coding where you will find .headerimage. This is where you want the image coding.
