newbie with ? about header

no idea how to do this. want to take out the @ratzpack totally from the header.if that's not possible i could change it to an image but that would mean adding another image in addition to the logo. Can that be done? If so,how?I would like to change the header background to a baby blue.the logo centered instead of to the left.I'm sure these are simple but i am clueless on HOW

i'd like to add a dashed border around the main body to add some distinction between the main body with posts and the background .It wouldn't blend in as much as it does and the posts would stand out more.absolutely no idea how.
